not somuch as 属于一个一群，相当于一个副词的用法，意思是“连...都不肯”、“甚至不”、“甚至于没有”等。not somuch ... as 属于两个意群，意思是“与其说...倒不如”。还有一个 not ...so much as..."，以下是三者对比
