neither和either有什么区别

两个都可以用，都没有问题。只是语言习惯而已。me neither 和me either都是正确的。

me neither是由neither do I演变而来的，因为语言习惯，人们通常把neither do I简说成me neither。neither 和either的主要区别在于和什么搭配。

但是正规用语中还是用neither do I 或者me neither较合适。因为me either = Not me, either或者I don't, either。这是口语化的省略。
