make you relaxed and refreshed. And it’s said that green tea can prevent

cancers. That’s why tea is becoming more and more popular with people.

meal一般用来指一日的三餐，food是食物的统称，泛指各种食物。

如果是说，你喜欢吃中餐还是西餐，我认为这里重点在强调的是哪一类的食物，应该用Do you prefer Chinese food or Western food?

同理在问哪种茶，Do you like Chinese tea or British tea?

所以也看语境的。如果中餐馆，Chinese restaurant的菜单上，Chinese meals感觉更合适。如果是超市生鲜或零食分区的时候，Chinese food感觉更适合
