队长和教练员应对全队成员的行为和纪律负责。

后排自由防守队员不能担任队长。

5.1 队长

5.1.1 比赛前：队长在记分表上签字，并代表本队抽签。

5.1.2 比赛中：队长担任场上队长。当队长不在场上时，教练员或队长应指定除后排自由防守队员以外的另一名队员担任场上队长代行其职权，直至该队员下场或队长返回场上，或至该局结束。只有场上队长在死球时可以和裁判员讲话：

5.1.2.1 请求对规则和规则的执行进行解释，转达本队队员提出的问题或请求。如果他对解释不满意，可以选择抗议并立即向第一裁判员声明，保留其在比赛结束时将正式的抗议写在记分表的权力。

5.1.2.2 请求允许:

1) 更换全部或部分服装；

2) 核对双方队员的位置；

3) 检查地板、球网和球等。

5.1.2.3 请求暂停或换人

5.1.3 比赛后：

5.1.3.1 感谢裁判员，并在记分表上签字承认比赛结果；
