hit one's head和hit sb on the head 有什么区别

前面也可以，但是后面那种是比较书面的语法知识，而且准确地来说应该是

hit

sb

on

the

head,如果用one's是有语法错误的，只能用定冠词the,并且软的部位用in如（hit

sb

in

the

face),硬的部位用on(如hit

sb

on

the

head)
