这里我想从农家资金调配的变化方面来说明。考察农家资金调配的动向，（我们能发现）首先，储蓄基金(通常剩余和固定资本的消耗的总和)从40年代末期到59年代初期有大幅度的变化，到53年达到顶点以后逐年减少。另一方面，占储蓄基金和资金调配中最大比例的土地抵押金（这个词不确定呵呵），在包括土地高峰期的40年代后半期一直都呈现增长趋势，虽然也有增长幅度不明显的时候，但总体是好的。不过，从50年代开始，有降低，在此以后再次出现增加的趋势。
