so that 和such that的区别是什么？

so that与such that的不同之处：

1、连接的从句不同

suchthat作“如此…以致”解，连接一个表示结果的状语从句，与sothat 意思相同，但用法不同。

双语例句：

He runs so fast that nobody can catch up with him.

他跑得非常快，没人能追上他。

They may be able to help with childcare so that you can have a break .

他们也许能帮助你照看孩子，这样你就可以休息了。

2、后接词词性不同

so后边可加形容词或副词，而such后要用名词。

双语例句：

It was so cold outside that we had to stop the game.

外面太冷了以至于我们不得不停止比赛。

They are such good students that the teacher likes them.

他们都是好学生，老师很喜欢他们。

3、后面所接名词修饰词不同

如果such后边的名词是由many、much、few、little等词修饰的话，则不用such，而使用so。
