离职证明同工作证明有分别吗?
离职证明通常是员工离职后, 公司发出一封证明予员工, 证明员工受雇资料, 例如于何时入职和离职, 员工姓名, 身份证号码, 入职日期, 现时职位和现时工资等, 亦有不少公司会写埋评语。
工作证明同离职证明其实内容相若, 一样有员工受雇资料, 但分别系未必会有评语, 以及离职日期; 很多时候, 在职员工需要申请一些事项, 对方要求在职的证明(例如向房署申请公屋), 可要求公司写工作证明, 又称在职证明。
以下乃系一般离职证明例子:

Re: (Name of Staff in FULL)
This is to certify that Mr/Miss/Ms (Full Name of staff) of HKID Card No.:(the staff's ID No.) has been employed by (Your Company Name) as (Post) from (starting date) to (resign date) (按: 申请在职证明未必要写离职证明). His/Her last salary is HK$XXX per month (按: 有些机构未必会写salary, 但工作证明多会写).
He/She was responsible for (the job details) and his/her service was satisfactory and his/her attendance was good. He/She tried his/her best to fulfill what was required of him/her.
Mr/Miss/Ms (Surname of the staff) resigned from our pany of his/her own accord and we hope he/she will have successful prospect in the future.

会有点点影响,但是不严重,目前好多单位及公司,都有这种不一致的情况,日本签证目前呈现简化了些,在职证明和资产证明提供,基本就问题不大了,很多情况下,用不到社保证明。以成都领馆为例,就不用提供社保的证明。希望回答对您有帮助
